Otto Cap 31-069 5 Panel Mid Profile Cap
The 31-069 is Otto's signature cap and one of the most-decorated blanks in the industry — a structured five-panel with a seamless, full-buckram front that gives embroidery and prints a flat, uninterrupted canvas. How does the Otto 112-1 compare to the Richardson 112?
They’re the same idea — a structured six-panel mesh-back trucker — at two price points. The Richardson 112 is the premium version with the deeper colorway range; the Otto 112-1 gives you the same silhouette at a lower blank cost, which adds up fast on a 100-hat order. Does Otto make dad hats?

What's the difference between Otto's high crown and mid profile hats?
High crown styles like the 39-165 foam trucker sit taller and give you a bigger front panel for your design. Mid profile styles like the 31-069 and 32-285 sit closer to the head for a cleaner, everyday fit. If your logo is wide or detailed, high crown gives it more room; if you want the hat to disappear on the head, go mid profile.
